Iluma Agency

I worked as a graphic designer for the iluma Agency (formerly Illuminati Studios) for about 4 years. During my time there, I developed and refined my design, problem-solving, and time management skills by working on an array of various projects in a fast-paced environment. I also developed my organization and delegation skills through great communication with my co-workers.

As the lead designer, I worked continuously on various internal projects for the iluma Agency such as social media, avatars, landing pages, emails, flyers, presentations, and greeting card.

I collaborated with the social media content manager and social media specialist to create social media content for the iluma Agency. We constantly pitched around ideas and it was my job to make these ideas a reality. Most of the social media content were created to be used as templates so it would be easy to customize but others were completely new each month. These images were published on Facebook and Instagram and were created using Adobe Photoshop. Additional videos were made, under my direction and supervision, by our freelance graphic designer for time constraints.

Avatars

I initiated the designing of avatars for our company due to the fact that we did not have high-quality photos for each employee. After showing management some examples, they loved the idea. Each avatar reflects the everyday look and personalities of my co-workers. These were used for our company website and internal marketing. I used Adobe Illustrator.

Emails

These emails were created on behalf of LocalLight. Most of the emails were sent to Orangetheory Fitness clients. They were sent out monthly and often advertised highlights of the iluma agency's services and educational webinars. The account director, the social team and I would hold a meeting every month to pitch ideas for upcoming emails. My designs reflect those ideas and were created in Adobe Photoshop.

Landing Pages

Presentation

I created Microsoft PowerPoint presentation designs that were advertised in our monthly emails. These PowerPoints were created in collaboration with the account director and the social media content manager. Since these presentations were targeted towards Orangetheory Fitness members, I designed in accordance with their branding.

Greeting Card

The project was to create a greeting card for clients to let them know that the company was celebrating their 14th year in business. The company wanted to use a specific sentence so I decided it was appropriate to create a typographic design. I incorporated a starry background in purple, which is the company's main color. I used Adobe Illustrator for the design and InDesign for the layout.
